Getting to Mackay and getting to the competition venues

The public bus route 301 operates Monday to Friday, each hour and Saturday every 2nd hour.  The stop is about a 400m walk to the athletics facility.  There is no public bus service on the Sunday so athletes competing that day will need to find alternate transport.
