Further information on Timetable listed below : some minor adjustments may need to be made to the timetable -these will be incorporated into the final program.

final_timetable ( updated Monday 21st July 2008) attached is the final timetable. There were a few small changes – 2 important ones! The men’s 55-59 now have heats in the 200m and 400m! This occurred because of some athletes being incorrectly entered in the men’s 50-54 age group. This meant that we have no heats in the men’s 50-54 and heats in the men’s 55-59!

Please note 1500m has been separated which means relays on Saturday will be later

Womens 50-54 javelin is 9.30am

Mens 40-44 and 45-49 shot put now at 11am
The official Progam will be available at Registration (27th July 2008)
