The following Scale of Fees has been drawn up in response to requests from ATFCA member coaches, their
clients and from clubs. It should be noted that this scale is a guideline only. Local situations will have impact on
what should be charged, as will the number of contact sessions a coach might have with an athlete over a period
of time. This is particularly the case where the coach is working with an athlete on a long term basis.
Please note: Many branches and Coaching Courses may pay presenters lower than the fees indicated
below in the desire to keep the cost of courses down for potential coaches. This only goes to benefit the
sport as a whole.

CLUB COACH
Club to pay:
• State Athletics Association Fees
• ATFCA Registration
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• $15.00 per session for Level I, II & III
• $20.00 per session for Level IV & V
• $5.00 per session for OTC
• Additional expenses by negotiation

ENTREPRENEUR COACH

PRESENTING AT OTC, LEVEL I AND II COURSES (Note above in relation to fees)
OTC Courses $30.00 per hour
Level I & II Courses $40.00 per hour Note: Travel and Meal Expenses extra
