Nominations for Officials will close at the OAA Office on the 28th May 2010 and appointments are expected to be communicated by mid-June to ensure sufficient time for officials to make travel and accommodation bookings. Positions to be filled are indicated at the end of this circular - Officials must complete the Call for Officials form at the end of this Circular.
CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE CIRCULAR NOW All Officials who are considered for appointment must, in the first instance, be approved by their Member Federation. To ensure that there are no delays in appointments, it is recommended that your nomination is accompanied by your Federation’s approval. Please be advised that officials will be required to meet all of their own travel expenses. The Organising Committee is still in the process of finalizing accommodation for officials, however at this time officials are encouraged to make their own arrangements which will be at their own expense. Information regarding accommodation will be available from the Organising Committee in February 2010. Uniforms will be supplied by the Organising Committee and the Oceania Athletics Association. Officials should NOT book non-refundable travel until such time as they have confirmation of appointment. Appointments will not be made prior to the 15th June. Air travel and accommodation can be arranged through the OAA travel agents.
